In addition to our original dark roast, we are now featuring a smoother, milder roast as our new "house blend". For the best in espresso, go no further. Our cappuccino pleases even the fussiest coffee lover! Our Master Roaster, Bill Coleman, owner of West Coast Coffee Roasters, insists on quality and perfection, and is an expert in dark-roast coffee. With over 20 years experience of coffee roasting behind him, he has perfected his craft to produce a unique coffee rich in aroma and bursting with flavor. Utilizing a "dry roast method", bringing the beans to the edge of firing, yields coffee at its optimal flavor peak. We also feature his "Swiss Water Treated" decaf, the only non-chemical water decaffeination process. After 10 successful years of roasting in the San Francisco area, he now lives and works near San Diego with his wife, Sharon, who is owner Leanne Cusimano’s sister!
